Um eine Pivot-Tabelle zu erstellen, in der die Daten der letzten 4 Wochen angezeigt werden (dh fortlaufende 4 Wochen), können Sie den Quelldaten eine Hilfsspalte hinzufügen, um Datensätze in den letzten 4 Wochen zu kennzeichnen, und dann die Hilfsspalte verwenden, um die Daten zu filtern die Pivot-Tabelle. In dem gezeigten Beispiel ist das aktuelle Datum der 25. August 2019, und die Pivot-Tabelle zeigt 4 vollständige vorherige. Wenn im Laufe der Zeit neue Daten hinzugefügt werden, verfolgt die Pivot-Tabelle weiterhin die letzten 4 Wochen basierend auf dem aktuellen Datum.

Felder

In der angezeigten Pivot-Tabelle befinden sich vier Felder in den Quelldaten: Datum, Umsatz, Woche und Filter. Filter ist eine Hilfsspalte mit einer Formel, die die letzten 4 Wochen kennzeichnet. Woche ist eine Hilfsspalte, die den Montag für ein bestimmtes Datum zurückgibt (nur zur Vereinfachung). Der Umsatz ist das Wertefeld, und Woche wurde als Zeilenfeld hinzugefügt, um nach Woche zu gruppieren:

Die in D5 (Woche) verwendete Formel lautet:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Diese Formel gibt den Montag der Woche für ein bestimmtes Datum zurück.

Die in E5 (Filter) verwendete Formel lautet:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
